The Architect offered us good advice and solutions when we decided to do a loft conversion. The scope was discussed and the drawings and engineering calculations, were produced promptly. These were approved by the planning authority.
The Architect made 3 visits to ensure that the works adhered to the specs. By the builder and we were quite impressed by this additional service.
We were well satisfied by his service. My wife and I will highly recommend for any building drawing and engineering calculation to be carried out by GR Engineer.
