Mohi provided the plans and engineering calculations for our loft conversion and rear extension. He liaised with Bromley Council and Thames Water on our behalf to get all the required planning permissions. He also dealt with a complicated party wall agreement and was very accommodating in updating our plans as required. He answered our queries as we went through the build and came to the site to ensure the work was progressing as planned. Mohi’s customer service was excellent and we are very happy with the plans and service he provided. Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again for future projects.
