I was in a process of selling my house. The buyer’s solicitor was asking for the documents of our chimney removal. We called GR ENGINEERS Ltd for the structural calculations of the chimney support. The engineer immediately attended to our site and observed the chimneys position. The steel design was done in a few days and we did not have to higher the scaffolding for installing them as the engineer designed those steels in splice and small pieces. We have sold our house now with the approved certificate from building control.
