Mohi is knowledgeable, professional and he absolutely knows everything about planning. Our planning application was refused 3x by Havering Council, under a different Architect We are losing hope and in so much stress about the whole process until I found Mohi by searching for Architect/Structural Engineer on Google. He was a God send. Mohi re-designed our plans, spoke to various people at Havering planning dept and discussed what we needed to change, add, or alter in order to get planning. Mohi explained everything to us every step of the way, I can text him even late at night and he is always there to answer questions and concerns we had (which was a lot!) nothing was too much, he never made us feel
unwelcome or a bother which if I’m honest I was most probably bothering him with my endless questions but he was always there to re-assure us patiently explaining what we don’t understand. After so many bureaucratic issues with the council, he got our planning approved! The dealings we had with the Council was a complete nightmare, but because of Mohi’s expertise, talent in designs, and ‘never give up’ attitude, he got us there in the end. Without Mohi, we wouldn’t have our dream house today. If you need an Architect and structural engineer, believe me, you will never find a better person to do these jobs for you.
